Emma heard what Keoni said and raced through the house, pulling a jacket on. She grabbed all of her stuff and burst out the door. Her parents were in Honolulu helping homeless people, so she had the house to herself for a while

Ethan was walking from his house to Emma's. That's where everyone usually met

Keoni smirked. "Works every time. Now we just gotta wait till Ethan gets here." She unlocked the car and slid into the driver's seat. "Five minutes and we leave without him," she joked.

Emma smiled as she slid into shotgun. "Can't we just leave now?" She asked when Ethan came into view

Ethan took his sweet time

"Ethan hurry up or I'm gonna expose you on Instagram!" Keoni yelled, this time her threats directed at Ethan. "You know I have a bunch of embarrassing childhood pictures of you!"

He jogged over and slid into the back seat. "Okay, that's not fair," he said as Emma snickered

"That's what friends are for," she said, grinning and ruffling his hair before turning back to put her hands on the wheel. She backed out of the driveway, rolling the windows down. Music was playing, and Keoni sang along as they drove.

"Hey," he said over the music, "your singing stinks! Could you knock it off?" He said jokingly

"Nope!" She said in between, before raising her voice even louder. "Admit it- you two love me. Oh and also- wait!" Her eyes widened as they entered the parking lot. She swerved into a parking space and then parked the car, turning the engine off and unbuckling her seat belt. "No way! Is that Blake?"

Blake was just leaving his car, casually strolling across the parking lot. He wore expensive clothes- a branded hoodie, branded shoes, and of course an expensive pair of aviators. He looked completely calm for his first day at a new school.

"Oof!'

"Why are his clothes so expensive? I swear to god how much does that Supreme hoodie even cost?" Keoni got out the car, her hands on her hips. "Geez."
