Personality: Colton is your typical, lazy teenager who loves to read, listen to music, and learns.... but only when it's interesting. He is very friendly to those around him, but he can also get angered easily. Especially if you mess with those he calls friends and family. He will have your head. He's really bad at assuming things and misinterpreting information given to him. This gets him all mixed up in his studies. So he'll need extra help.

Personality: Elliot is that teacher everybody loves. He has an interactive teaching strategy and is pretty laid back. Hardly anyone has seen his bad side. But those have had have been too scarred for life to tell the tale. Or that's how the rumor goes. He isn't so laid back that he lacks the ability to discipline students. Detentions are his very favorite mode of punishment. However, if you are there and he has told you to clean the desks or something, he might come along, tell you you're doing it wrong, and do it himself while making you write an extra page on that essay he assigned. He also is easily offended and does not take kindly to the teasing and bullying of others, even if it is done jokingly between friends.
Other:
I imagine that even if this is a special school for shapeshifters, that normal classes needed for daily survival will also be taught, like English. If that's the case, he'd be the English teacher and some other teacher I guess.

Give him candy and, though he doesn't play favorites, he'll love you and may even lighten your sentence if you're one of his troublemakers ((so basically like a child.... which I guess he's part of one))

Magic animal: actually, he hasnt found it yet. and he doesnt have a clue what itll be.

Backstory: was actually born in an egg as a Velociraptor in the woods. for 12 years of his life, he was basically a wild animal, hunting, fighting, surviving. the ususal. but when a human found him and showed him human life, along with teaching him lots of things, he became human for the first time. now, he trusts his new freind with his life, and wont kill her. ever.

Personality: kind, acts on instict, violent when need be.

Other: highly dangerous at first, and when riled up, his English gets choppy and broken. when hes in his animal form, he often talks like a dinosuar out of instict, completly forgetting how to speak English.

Backstory: lived in a family for a long time before her parents were assassinated. scared, ran off into the woods and found Hunter. she taught him about life, and basically was like a sister to him. loves him with all her heart, and not just as a freind ;)

Personality: kind, loves nature, will protect Hunter at all costs.

Other: likes spending time alone or with Hunter. weirdly, plays Fetch with him. also loves midnight runs with him with both of them as animals.

Personality: doesnt like to be proven wrong and is kind of haughty. Takes most things for granted and likes to be praised. She is pretty smart, and likes to study, but isnt the best in any certain class.

Magic animal:in water then out of water this creature is called a kelpie. Kelpies are from celtic and german mythology. Kelpies have a strong urge for human flesh. Kelpies have an ability to make people want to be on their back more then anything in the world. They are sweet and enticing when out of water, but as soon as their head submerges, you as good as dead.

Personality: Artemis is a very loving girl. She is not one for arguments. She absolutely hates to see people upset or hurt. (after she figures out that she is part kelpie) One of the only times she will hurt someone, is if they call her a unicorn or water unicorn. She is very good at giving "get well soon" cuddles (in leopard form). she likes to blend in rather than stand out. She likes to talk to people nevertheless. She is not what you would call a social butterfly because she prefers to practice combat and wood whittling over most people. She is a great carpenter and friend. She loves to be supportive when others are not their best. She also likes to give away the things she makes. she takes her favorite knife everywhere

Other: She took martial arts at ages 8-14 she got to teakwondo's black belt stage 2.

Just a note - these students didn't know about their shifting abilities until they got their letter. Sarah is accepted, Hunter is not.

Also, Hunter may need to change his normal animal to something a little less powerful. He will also need to discover his magical animal, eventually.
