And it's not like we're deliberately pro-wings or anti-wings people LOL.
It's up to breeders whether they want wings, but it's not like they're accessories we can take off and put on again and again.

However, I can see the practicality of certain mutations taking up less space in order to highlight the already-existing features. (Compare Draeyl/Ny'vene battle armor to Bulbori armor and the total area they potentially cover up, or that one of lupora's wings cover up almost 50% of where genes can be seen.)

I don't fight the idea of keeping the mutation as is, since it seems like it's law (lol). However, it's not without saying that covering up less can show off more. OR seem less cluttered.

I know lots of people like the species and their features to begin with, it's just the bigger it is, the more cluttered and distasteful it can be (and like the first line, it's not like we can put them on or take them off once the pet is made (whether bred or generated), we'd just have to go and make another all over, which I guess isn't so bad, but don't harsh up on people who like wings and yet would have an opinion on their potential).

we could always make a new mutation that is not wings or is a smaller pair of wings. :D
