Thunder hopped on a cloud, making it rain on the fire.

Melody was now soaked with water and the fire had gone out, she sighed and shook the water out of her coat, "I had it taken care of!" she called to Thunder with a bit of anger.

Ember came to a halt. She could hear the commotion die down. She quietly turned back towards the way she had came. She decided to slowly make her way back to the cave. She figured something might have survived. If she was lucky, her coin pouch or at the very least a picture of her family. If those ponies were there, she would just wait till they left.

Thunder sat down on his cloud, looking down at the ruins of what looked like...some sort of cave?
Steel trotted away, and so did Ice Blossom, but Harmony stayed.
Harmony sat down right next to the ruins, tears in her eyes. The burnt cave reminded her of what had happened to her best friend....

Ember saw Harmony. For a moment, she felt bad and wanted to comfort her, but she quickly changed her mind. She thought that maybe she could sneak in, grab anything that hadnt been burnt and get out. She quietly began her way around, shielded by the trees. She was right near the entrance, still out of sight, when she froze. This wasnt thought out well, the cave had an open entrance. If that pony looked her way at all when she entered, there would be no where for her to hide, especially considering how most everything had been burnt to a crisp.

Harmony heard soft footsteps, and put her back to them, not wanting anypony to see her cry.
Thunder saw Ember and Harmony, but really didn't care

Ember saw her turn. This was her chance. Ember dashed.into the cave. She grabbed a framed picture of her and her family and a pouch of coins that had, by some miracle, not been burnt. She then began running out, but tripped and collapsed on the ground.

Melody noticed Ember trip, she rushed over to her and helped her up, "Are you ok?" she asked gently.
