"Yup. Quite a few times, actually."

"What's it like there?" She asked, her blue eyes trained on the window. How long till we get there? She wondered to herself, but she decided the pilot wouldn't appreciate that question.

"Mysterious. Dangerous. Beautiful." He said. He took his hat off and threw it into the copilots s seat.

She eyed the seat, wondering if she should sit, but instead she glanced at the pilot's face. "Oh!" She said suddenly. She was shocked to see that he was around her age, maybe a few years older.

"See something you like?" He asked, smirking and looking out at the sky

She rolled her eyes but smiled. "Please. I have a type and it's probably not random pilots whose names I don't even know."

"Jacob McKenzie. And, for the record, you said 'probably'. Not 'for certain'. Or anything else like that." He said, still smirking

"Makayla Swann." She said, plopping down in the co pilot's seat. "And I guess we'll see," she added, her blue eyes twinkling with amusement at his attempts to flirt.

He didn't say anything for the next while. He didn't even so much as glance at her. He was focused on what was outside the plane....

She watched the sky and water below as well.
