She is surprisingly friendly and kind, she tends to be a leader and smiles a lot. She likes seeing other people happy and looks after those around her. She has a natural mothers air and can get bossy, but most of the time she looks out for those around her and has a sense of when a child is about to do something dangerous or get hurt and will try to stop them. She has forgiven most of her children, except for Enki. She is particularly fond of Kingu, who told her about Enkis murder of Azul. Tiamat can be easily enraged. She can also give birth to sea serpents.
Vanessa, whose body she possessed, is friendly and can be flirty when drunk, although she isn't interested in a long term relationship. She can act shy when she wants to, but tends not to. She likes twisting boys round her finger, although Vanessa is bi. She can be quite manipulative in that way. She is easily excited for adventure and loves making new allies. She laughs and makes jokes a lot, but tries to make sure they aren't cringy. She can also be rather sarcastic. She can fall for really nice/ sweet guys though.
Sweet, very helpful, and determined to do what she feels is right. No matter the obstacle she won't let it stop her from her end goal, and will keep fighting until her last breath. In the face of danger she states it head on instead of running. She's also cunning and acts like a beckon of positivity and hope. Though the human side is a bit self conscious and tends to be a bit reserved. She doesn't want to get in the way of other people or upset them in any way. Maggie prefers to keep to herself for the most part and tends to just ride along in this situation.
Player 5 - Dragonrider1542 Jack the Ripper || Jack Male || Assassin
Jack is a mysterious gentleman who prides himself with being noble and keeping an elegant posture wherever he goes, even if he is in the midst of fighting.
On the inside he is very cold, callous, and aloof to others and does not care at all for whatever happens even if he appears to care on the outside. That doesn't mean he cannot feel, though. Someone needs to get close enough and spend enough time and patience if they want to see him care for them.
Although his inside is colder than ice, he still keeps a elegant smile on the outside. ((Kinda like Russia with the smiling, but not so creepily))
In addition to all of that, he's sly, cunning, and tends to play by nobody's rules except himself's. What Jack wants to do, he does it. Anyone can try to stop him, but that doesn't matter to him.
All the while he still manages to be very elegant and keep his back straight, chin up, as appearances rather matter to him.
Being someone whom doesn't play by the rules, he will use whatever methods needed to get victory in a fight, even if those methods are underhanded and not something normal people would do.
But, despite all that, he likes to calm down during the afternoon with a nice book and a cup of tea, and also, he loves roses and under special circumstances will offer a rose to a special someone, murder victims included. He wishes to recover his greatness from his previous life and then just live life as he wants to. He is a Chaotic Neutral alignment.
However, jack the Ripper, who has chosen his body, is rather flirty and passionate about improvements in the world. She views the world as dark and foreboding, she wants to see the colourful world in her dreams, but against the reality she saw her minds messed up. She can be rather controlling at times, but likes to play a good game. She hates hiding in the shadows and would love to slap a policeman and scream at them for letting her kill innocents, but also doesn't want to be arrested. She tends to be very upfront in putting people in uncomfortable romantic situations. She can be very childish at times.

Hide themselves as a servant, coming off as a mage or normal person, depending whats necessary.
Servant || Chaotic smog
Send out a large smog covering an entire area that makes others around choke, except for Jack when wearing the mask. It surrounds jack and follows them wherever they go if the noble phantasm is on, showing the smog in the slums.
Weapon || Nemesis of Neglect
When it touches someone, it makes then see everything socially wrong with the conditions around them, the slums, everyone they've killed or damaged. It makes them be surrounded by all the victims of the poor conditions Jack the Ripper and their victims lived in, especially the children.
