Ashas eyes went wide. She laughed nervously. She set Oliver down who seemed to be nervous as well. Uh, definitely a great sign of power. Looks like it costed you a fortune. Where are you from? I have had a few people come by from far away places. Were you looking for a jeweler. I know a jeweler. He is really great. You know our village is a sorta popular stop for travelers. There are lots of kind people in our village. Have you tried the cakes at the bakery? The bakers are so wonderful. They bought a cat from me a few days ago. They seemed really happy with their purchase and I had never seen the cat more excited! she said quickly. She paused and smiled awkwardly. She could feel Oliver huddling closer to her.

"Again that's not the purpose of my visit. I have to make this brief though..." His fiery eyes flashed. "Here..." he held the pendant out for her to take. "Just hold onto this for a second...it will all become very clear soon." If she was truly as he thought then upon contact with the charm would cause her hands and arms to scale over in their appropriate color. Of course letting the thing go would cause them to change back as well.

Asha grabbed it. As soon as her skin started changing she threw the pendant across the room. She fell back and curled up into a feeble position. What the heck was that thing? she shrieked. She looked confused, scared and slightly angry.

"It's the pendant of Garaven, the very eye of the dragon king himself. It can see the true nature or form of a person just by touching them." He bent to pick the pendant up, showing her that his own hand changed as hers did. "We are the last of a dying race, one of the last generations of Dovah Born." He said eyes again flashing. "I was sent to gather you and the others, to protect you and keep you safe."

Asha closed her eyes. A-at this point I can not deny a thing you say but I dont want to believe it. What exactly would you be protecting me from? she mumbled. She picked Oliver back up.

Destiny Stone l Des

Des soon toppled to the ground back first. Thankfully his bag he was carrying somewhat soften the impact. Familiar pain seared through his body as Destiny picks himself up. His straw hat felled when he was collided but he didn't notice it missing. "When did i last felt this?" Destiny wondered. "Ah, when i got beaten to a pulp for the first time when sparing with my dad." He remembered the vivid voice of his father, the calm and loving voice he longed for after his father's passing.

But all good things must come to a end, his father is gone just like his mother who he never new. The groan from the stranger brought him back to reality. Picking himself up, he stand over the fallen Kai as the pain softly achs through his body.
"Are you the one who collided me?" Destiny asks the stranger staring down at the fallen Kai with his blind pupils.

"Yeah... probably..." Kai Said, standing up, brushing himself up before picking up the basket. He looked into Des's eyes, and suddenly realized he was blind. "Oh- I-I'm really sorry, I was just just trying to avoid someone else, but I fell into you, I'm so sorry" Kai said, noticing the straw hat on the ground. "Oh, is this straw hat yours?" He asked, snatching the hat off the ground and holding it out to him

Destiny Stone l Des

Destiny touched his head and realized his straw hat fell out at some point. "Yes it is. Could you please hand it to me, please?" Destiny turned and looked straight at Kai's eyes with his blind ones. "Just watch out next time." Destiny said to Kai.

Then the fragrance of raw fish hit his nose, "Are you perhaps a fishermen?" Destiny said to Kai.

Yeah, sure, no problem, Ill be sure to be more careful in the future, I live on the quiet beach, so Im not used to big crowds like this he apologized, handing the hat to Destiny
