Your offer equals 2500 diamonds at 2000:1. So yes, technically you are outbid. I estimate the avatar items are worth approximately 750k to 1 million. At 2000:1 that is 5.75M to 6M in gold, yours is 5M.
I understand if you dont want to increase, or if you want to withdraw. There is always a chance of a deal falling through so feel free to keep your offer. They are both fair offers.
