We can have it start with everyone in the same city and having a proffession like a kight, squire, assasin, blacksmith, beast slayer, demon warlock, warlock, seer and so on and so on. And then it can move on from there with player interactions.

Maybe they all happen to be in the same bar and over hear someone taking about a whole butt load of treasure? So they all try to beat each other to it only to end up working as a team in the end?

that could work but it would also depend on how many people will be involved with the rolelay. it would be confusing for like 15 people to all interact with eac other

With RPs like this most often then not You have people breaking up into smaller groups, Its also left open so things could change easily, that's the beauty of a free for all RP
