She had shouted that last part, just to try and motivate the child more. She had to help her little sister learn magic, and found that making it fun and a little silly helped.

Well then, now that youve decided to wake up, you can leave. Take the kid with you too, since you like it so much.
Crystal said, through the smoke.

Crystals eyes started to glow, one red, one purple. This only happens when she and Damian are feeling the same way. Mostly when theyre angry. When Crystal saw that the pair arent leaving, she hopped down lightly. Streams of color wafted from her eyes as she summoned multiple daggers around herself.

Get. Out... Dont. Make. Me. Do. This.
She said through clenched teeth.

More and more smoke flowed out of her mouth, until flames started to lick her lips. Crystal was unharmed. Her tiny horns grew in size, while her muscles and bone contorted and twisted, until the had fully transformed into a dragon, baring its teeth, fire in its maw. A deep growl permeated the room, echoing down the hall ways, and making the floor vibrate. She had become double, no, triple in size, and could easily gulp the creatures down in one bite.

I. WORKED. HARD. FOR. MY. TERRITORY.
YOU. SHALL. NOT. TAKE. THIS. AWAY. FROM. ME.
BEGONE!

A roar that seemed to come from the depths of hell flung itself rom the dragons maw. When it stopped, a tall, lean shadow figure stood beside Crystal, one hand on her flank. It had large horns, that swirled around the sides of its head. The only thing that wasnt black, were the eyes. They were red and glowing... staring into your soul. It was a demon.

When she yelled Molly tried to shrink. Molly tried to think human she imagined what she looked like as a human. She turned into the five year old her except she hadn't been able to fully make the transformation. She still had ears, a tail, and sharp teeth. "This good?" She asked.

Jesus Christ, calm the fu-freak down!
Selene scooped up the little human-cat and began to back away, summoning a hoard of four-pointed stars.
I dont want to hurt you either, but maybe we could stick together! Theres safety in numbers, right?
She tried desperately to calm this giant she-beast down, unsure of how it escalated this quickly. She fired a few stars as warning shots, trying to let the dragon know that she wasnt quite as helpless as she had seemed at first. Maybe if she got this draconic caster on her side, she could help her find her sister.

Molly tried to hide she was still terrified but she didn't care. She was not going to get hurt she was going to be okay and someone actaully cared about her! Yes her! Not someone else her! That made her really happy.

The stars bounced uselessly agains har scales. They landed with a tiny tinkle on the floor. Crystal stopped for a moment confused. The shadow demon whispered something in her ear. She chuckled, then nodded. Crystal became human, cracked her back and plopped down onto the bed.

Damian, you can do the thing you wanted to do. This will be amusing.
Said Crystal, still chucking a bit.

The demon grinned, and faced the pair in the doorway. He flicked one hand up, and they were surrounded by a ring of fire. It shot up, and swirled around them, so they couldnt see anything. Suddenly, the fire dissipated, and they found themselves lying out on the street, in full daylight.

The doors of the high school had been locked, and more Darkseeker corpses were piled out in front of the building. All the windows were boarded up, and there ws no other way to get in.

Molly whimpered as the fire surrounded her. By the time they were outside she was a kitten again. "Help!" She whispered franticly.

Selene covered the kittens ears with her paw, not wanting her to hear what she had to say.
WELL ****** YOU TOO THEN!!! YOU THINK YOURE SOOO COOL WITH YOUR..... DEMON.... And your dragon.... Ah forget it. I HOPE YOU GET EATEN!
Selene trudged off down the street, ignoring the bruises all over her body.
You okay, kid?
She asked the kitten in her arms.

Crystal put her head in her hands. It had been a few hours after Damian had teleported them outside. They had just woken up. Crystal had gotten so bored, that she actually cleared out the entire building. She felt so mad at herself, but she had done what needed to be done.
(Internal dialogue)
She couldnt have anyone hanging around her for too long. It was too dangerous. But that was no excuse for why she had shown her dragon form! She had to find a way to get rid of this demon, his influence was too strong. Eventually, she might be taken over completely... and do something horrible without even remembering it.

They would be fine... wouldnt they? Anyways, it would be safer for them out there than here with me... sigh... what have I become?

The monster they always said I was. The creature from hell, that shouldnt exist. The monstrosity that killed without reason nor remorse...

Crystal remembered this feeling of loss... on the night that her parents died... on the night she woke up with blood on her hands.

(Btw, Im not gonna be active for a few hours after 1 o clock. Real-time, not game time.)

Selene hurt. A lot. It was going to be hard living until she healed, especially with a little kid who could use magic, but she knew she couldnt just leave her. Perhaps she could teach her how to repair clothing or cure meat, maybe even hunt in her cat form.
Whats your name, kid?
She asked, nearing closer to her den.
As they got to the minivan parked by a tree, Selene pulled a little button out of her safe bag and pressed it, making the car roll forward to reveal a den. She sat down right outside and placed the kitten on the ground.
