Hmm.. I just had an idea
Glitter, what if there were two people taking Raven's spot? Like twins? That way I can keep my male and Galaxy can make a female

Powers/Abilities and Skills: Nearly the same as Nekros (But I took a few out)

Strengths:
-Wise
-Swift
-Can control powers moderately well
-Doesn't say what she thinks (Sometimes helpful)
Weaknesses:
-Cannot control emotions, especially anger
-Sensitive, easily hurt
-Very cold at times
-Does not work well in large groups
-Doesn't say what she thinks (Sometimes unhelpful)
Personality(No meet him/hers): Very quiet and conserved, Celeste can be very cold. She does have a soft spot for her brother and her closest friend (One of the titans, probably. We shall see.). She loves all animals, especially birds, and will often sit in dark, coniferous forests watching them. It is her idea of relaxation... She also loves to read, but usually prefers the outdoors. The dark outdoors, that is.

Appearance:
Bio/backstory(can be revealed later, please have it pre-written though XD): Created by Raven as an accident that accompanied her "Son". She was really just supposed to be hidden, as she was younger and more incapable then her brother, but eventually she joined Nekros in taking Ravens place in the teen titans as she was hard to keep at home, and seems to have gained control over her powers.
