Her blue eyes looked at him curiously. What is this creature? Tulsi thought out loud, then clapped a hand over her mouth. Hopefully she didnt startle it

Being deep in thought was nice until he heard a voice. With a startle he jumps away from the map and drops his torch. Rampaging through a small wooden box that was tied around his waist, he takes out a knife, not as big as a dagger but it had to do. Cautiously he stares at the darkness where he heard the voice speak, "Whose there?" He asks with an aggressive voice. He thought if he acted intimidating the "Thing or person" will leave him alone.

I-I do not wish to harm you..! Tulsi said

He stare at the darkness, "They show yourself. Do not take a step forward or i will strike." He says as he takes a defensive stance. The underground of the uncharted and unexplored area always were filled with dangers. Anything can happen in the caves and up top will never know what happened.

Tulsi stepped out of the shadows, with the large bat next to her

Ailika smirked, and her pale blue-grey bat nuzzled Kuri before flapping off into lazy spirals. When the other, older, guards turned away she shook her head. "First off, don't greet me like that, it's formal and I hate it. Second, I knew it was a cloak. I was just fooling."

- Meliora -

Meliora was leaving the large and luxious house of her family, located not far from the palace, of Lumeria, and started walking in the street of the capital. She had no lessons today, nor tomorrow, and was feeling free. She had not decided yet where she was going. She only knew she did not wanted to stay at home. She was walking slowly, looking at the purple lights.
Her mother was at the near temple, to pray for the protection and the prosperity of her family. The temple was beautiful place, full of light, but she would not join her, as she knew that she would after go visiter her sister, Meliora's aunt, who was very boring and always making reproaches to her. Her father was at the palace, attending his duties. It was in the palace that the most interesting things happpened, and near it that she has the more chance to meet some of their friends.
She decided to head in this direction.

A part of her would have wanted to walk far, explore the villages, go to Solus, but she had not asked the permission and was unaccompanied, so she knew her mother would not be happy if she did that. She sometimes did it anyway, but only when she was alone for a few days while her parents where visiting relatives, nobles from ther cities, or on duty for the queen.
Her eyes wandered up to the stony roof of the cave. A few bats were flying over her. There was something she wanted to see even more. The oustide. Stories of old spoke of a great light outside, brightest that they could even imagine, and a roof which was blue. They said this light dimed during the day, and disappeared at night, while the blue roof became black, but millions of small light lightened on it.
As she looked at the roof of the caves, her mind thought about the prophecy they could not even read anymore. Was this prophecy real? Would it happens one day? 'A child of the water coming'... She was a child of the water coming. It would be so exciting if she was the one mentionned.
She stopped daydreaming, and turned left towards the palace.

"Who are you?" He asks as his dagger faces her way. "What even are you?" He asks suspiciously of the woman, "No human can live in this cave system and adapt to it." He says as he holds his stance

~Kuri, The Royal Guard~

"But Princ-.... Ailika, your royalty, i'm just a peasant. And please don't tease me much." He says with a pouting face. He watch the pale blue bat fly off into lazy spiral before asking Ailika, "I heard rumors of something in the caves, Weird sounds and marking were found on the cave sides. Heard of them i presume?"
