Yes! The manga is called Black Haze. The main character Rood/Blow is a mage/magician of Opion and is a 1st class magician. He fights demons and as well as the other characters work together to protect the people against demons. It's really good.

Ranks like how Blow is like one of the best so his usually specified as a rank 7 magician XD I just made it simplier on the mind. I think we should but I forgot about it!
