I'm not big pie fan, but what about a ice-cream mixed with Carmel and brownie bits. With fudge and the base is vanilla. Maybe some cookie dough.

Here are some things to put on ice cream that I have tried. They are good.
Blueberry sauce: get blueberries, water (not too much) some sugar, and microwave for a minute stopping to stir every 15 seconds.
Strawberry Oreo whipped cream: get whipping cream and strawberries and blend them together until theyre whipped cream. Then add crushed Oreos. (Freeze for best results)
Chocolate sauce: get chocolate, marshmallows, and caramel. Melt in the microwave. Then stir in stuff such as sprinkles, candy pieces, chocolate chips.

I think mine would be yoghurt and cookie dough with layers of passion fruit ice cream.
