If you get your hands on an XP orb, there are always rich people willing to pay decent funds for them. I list lv. 60s at 24k for 100k exp currently, and lower lv. orbs for less to scale with the xp they provide, and right now they're selling consistently. (We'll see how that changes when Lost grove is actually released, though.)
