Bump

The dragon seemed to like being with her, she sat on a rock and it curled up once again in her hands, letting out a content sigh. She smiled down at it, closing her own eyes as well for a second. It nudged her hand with it's head and she opened on eye.

Name me? The voice was melodious and young, but somehow she knew the dragon was male. I need a name.

"An name?" She asked out loud. Was she hearing things, or was the dragon actually talking to her.

He lifted his head. Yes.

After a few long minutes the boy stood before looking about him, there was a girl a ways off in front of him (not sure exactly) that seemed to be talking to thin air. With a glance to the dragon that was still seated he walked forward. "U-um miss?" He asked in a shaking voice once he got near. "A-are you feeling alright? You know there isn't anyone around you to talk to correct?"

Ailika stared into her dragon's eyes, deep brown like the eyes of an owl, with flecks of coppery and golden colors. "Namiss." She noticed, while she walked there with it, that there was the faintest hint of orange on the very tips of her wings. Once again, she got a very strong sense of approval from the dragon. Wordless, but she could imagine the words. Every now and then it jumped like a playful puppy, batting at the rusty colored leaves on the ground, or latching on her leg. Then Namiss raised her head and darted off in one direction. Ailika followed, to see Namiss in front of a girl and her own dragon. "Hello."

((Yeah, I think they're in the same forest))

She lifted her head to look at someone who looked to be her age... right, she had seen him in the group that had been sent into the woods. "Oh, I'm alright." Her eyes narrowed slightly, her temper acted up for even the slightest things. "I was speaking to my dragon." The dragon's white head peeked up, and it climbed out her lap.

Kai wandered through the forest and came across a white log. Curious he inspected it. It had scales, and before he could react the creature shot to its feet. Kai yelped tumbling backward. The dragon yelped as well.

The boy looked at her in a confused manner. "They can talk? But I didn't hear it speak..."

Anthea, being small enough, climbed onto the back of her dragon, and they walked through the forest together. She heard voices, and guided her dragon towards them
hello? She called out softly, looking for the source of the voices

Ailika grinned. "Duh. That's why there's a link! Where's your dragon?" She was about to playfully tease him when she heard a shriek. Turning, she walked a ways and saw a very young girl, not even ten, dead, with a hatchling beside her. "Oh goddess help us...." Namiss nuzzled Ailika, who felt she would be sick. "That's what the Rider meant by if you don't return at all.....
