The man looked down at the animal. For a brief moment he gazed into its eyes before letting out a heavy sigh. This wasn't exactly why he was here but, he couldn't let the thing suffer so. With a tad bit of magic it would be good as new, once he could make the potion. "How much?" He asked digging for the coin. That was his mother's instincts showing through, the unwillingness to let an animal suffer. There had been many times before where he had nursed one back to health before seeing it on its way why would know be any different? "But that's not exactly what I'm here for." His fire like eyes flashed a moment in the low light. "Your eyes, they are a strange purple color. Why is that?"

You want Cloud? Oh thank you, thank you, thank you! And my eyes, I dont know. Most people dont pay much attention to my eyes, they are more interested in the animals! Who blames them? They are so cute! Asha said. She kneeled down and kissed Clouds forehead. She looked back up at the man. Thank you so so much! she said quietly. Cloud barked happily.

"Have you ever wondered why though?" He asked lowering the hood some so that his eyes showed. His danced like fire, as if they were made of fire which made most uncomfortable. "What if I told you I know why? Would you believe me?"

Well... yes, I have wondered. If you were to tell me you knew why, I would wish to hear what you have to say before I believe anything. Asha said.

It was a long shot but...maybe just maybe he could get her to understand. Stepping forward a bit he produced a book from his robes. With nimble fingers he found the page with a large purple dragon's drawing upon it. "This was Bly, the dragon god that saw over every animals' life. You see Bly, although a god fell in love with a human. Each human born of his blood holds a power, one much like their dragonfly father. Each descendent shares one common feature, telling them apart from mortals, their royal colored eyes. Each are a shade of purple that can not be hidden, just as yours are."
