~Orion~
I approached Alex and stared at the wound in his back, my eyes filled with worry as I shifted back to my normal form. Are you alright. Do you need help? We need to find some bandages right? My eyes scanned the open area, Where would you find bandages? I rambled on and on, simply worried, ... Im so useless. He muttered, Look at you, you fought them off and all I could do was squirm and now your injured and I dont know what to do!! Orions breath caught in his throat, that appeared to close up, even though he knew it didnt. Wrapping his hand around Alexs arm, Orion stared wide eyed at him, trying to breathe properly. Around me, sounds seemed muffled, like I was underwater, like I was drowning. Not again.... He barely managed to whisper.

(Alex)
I held back the tears in my eyes and groaned in pain, but quickly looked over to the boy. His face was twisted with pain and his breathing seemed erratic. Distracting myself from my wound, I put one of my hands on his shoulder. Oh god, what do I do!? My panicked mind asked. Realising that panicking would probably only worsen his state, I inhaled deeply.

As best as I could, I looked him straight into the eyes and smiled calmly at him. Hey, its okay...theyre gone for now, and were both okay... As I said this the material of my shirt rubbed against my back, causing me to wince in pain. Inhaling deeply, I put both hands on his shoulders. Just calm down... I mumbled, checking he was alright. I didnt really know what I was doing, but I hoped to god I was doing something to help. I spoke again, You did great. Just take slow, deep breaths... I smiled weakly as I felt my knees give a little. Youre okay. As calmly as I could, I straightened my posture. The blood from my back dribbled down a little, but I didnt care. Are you feeling any better? I asked with a glimmer of hope clinging to my tone.

~Orion~
Everything began to clear a little and the settling speech of Alex became more understandable. His breathing, although unsteady and heavy, seemed to be calming down. In a last ditch effort to calm himself, Orion fell into a hug with Alex. I... Feel... A little better. He spoke quietly, in a shaky voice. Orion pulled out of the hug and unknown to himself, changed back into the small fox and curled up into a ball on Alexs lap and drifted off, suddenly.

(Wow you guys really went ham on this rp. Amazing typeing to write that big of a pharagraph. I can't wait for my form to be accepted to join you two in this amazing rp! No really this is the first time to see that much writing in 2 pages!)

(Alex)
I sat back in confusion and stared at the ball of fluff situated in my lap. He seemed so much calmer now, sleeping soundly as if none of that had happened and we werent in the middle of escaping. But dreams never make sense, do they?

I moved my arms around awkwardly, not wanting to disturb the fox, but wanting to shimmy around so I could place my back against the wall in a comfortable position. Carefully, I put my hands on the floor and slowly pushed myself backwards, being comfortably close to the wall. Cautiously, I leaned back, hissing a little as the cold, damp wall stung against my wound. Biting my lip, I endured the pain, which soon became a sense of pain release, numbing the pain with its cool temperature.

Glancing again to check the fox, I sighed and, as gently as possible, stroked the fur on its neck. His calm demeanour seemed to reflect upon me, and surely enough, soon I was sound asleep.

~Orion~
His eyes opened slowly and the blinding daylight shone into his eyes, that was odd, just a moment before the sky had been black as a shadow and the time, early morning but now the light was brighter than ever. A glowing orb hung in the sky, all he could think was, is that the sun? It had taken a few hours for Orion to finally wake. He steadily stood and stared down at what appeared to be paws, Orion had a habit of changing before he slept, it was just warmer and more comfortable with the fluffed silver fur. He raised his head and looked up at Alexs sleeping form. Then it hit him, We fell asleep still in the lab!!?? He screeched in a foxy whine. Leaping into Alex, Wake up! Wake up! Orion whined, probably not understood by Alex but he continued anyway. Understand why he was getting no response, Orion shifted back to his human looking form and yelled Alex we need to go now or were going to get caught!
It took Orion a while to forget attempting to wake Alex, during this time, his mind raced until he came to a conclusion. With him shouting loudly, there was no doubt that someone would have heard him, considering all of the humans that worked in the lab. Where were they all? Orion checked on his wound and noticed a patch covering it, he had been helped but by who? Why would they help?

~Crow~
He cleared his throat loudly, trying to grab the teens attebtion. Kid? Why do you look so startled. He smirked slightly, seeing the terrified expression. A part of Crow wanted to burst into laughter but that wasnt his kind of thing. He steadily approached, remaining in his shadow form, watching as Orions face settled. Perhaps now he had realised that Crow had helped them. At least he knew that he was definitely not human.
Crow towered over the teenager that crouched on the ground and as he looked down at the poor boy, his shadows dispersed and he was once again a blue haired male. Get up! Crow spoke. I said get up kid! At this sudden raise of voice Orion stumbled to his feet and moved away from Crow, who knelt down, attending to Alexs injury. Who are you? Orion asked, unheard by Crow. Hello? After still no response, he reached up to tap Crow on the shoulder. At impact Crow jolted and jumped away, breaking into a fighting start. You couldn't hear me!? Sighing, Crow nodded, I know I couldn't, I can't hear anything, normally I just read lips as people talk but when I turn away. Your voice is so soft that I can't feel the vibrations moving.
When he was done sorting out the wound, they stood up and moved towards the door. Do you want to se what it's like out there? Crow asked carefully, given a nod as a response. But we need to wait for him to be okay... But, where did all of the humans go? They left, all of the creatures got free and battled their way out. The humans couldn't fight against them, they didn't want to risk any of their own... were free now. Smiling lightly Orion whispered. That sounds nice... Free.
~Ivy-
Ivy stormed through the hallways, Stupid shadow man, abandon me like that, stop me from hurting those damn humans. How dare he!? He has no right to stop me from doing what I deserve to! It's their fault I'm alone, they should suffer as I did! Her eyebrows furrowed so far, they were almost attached to her eyes. A huge frown tainted her face, bringing a look of horror upon it. I will find you shadow man! And then you'll see.... I'll show all of you, no good can come from the humans existence. They will never accept us! No matter what mama believed, she was wrong! And she learnt that, because of papa... A small tear attempted to escape her eye, she swiftly wiped it away and whispered, I can't cry now, I have to be brave, I have to find Lily. Her face held determination as she continued down the corridor, exiting through an open door.

(Alex)
I awoke to the quiet sound of conversation, that was only just loud enough to wake me. As much as I wanted to go back to sleep (I hardly got any and this was the best rest I had gotten in a while), the people talking were most probably the scientists observing me, and I really, really didnt like the idea of that. Eyes still glued shut, I murmured in a sleepy tone, Stop...ugh...watching me, you damned creeps. Stretching my arms a little, my legs ached with pain, and so did my back, although it was much more endurable than I remembered...
...wait.

Opening my eyes a crack, the rooms light blinded me, making me squint. Moving my shoulder blades around a little, I felt a distinctively familiar pain that shot through my back and caused me to groan. After my eyes had adjusted to the lighting in the room, I spotted a familiar figure, and an unfamiliar one too. My first response was to apologise. Oh- God, I didnt mean to- I thought you were one of the scientists... My attention then quickly turned to the stranger and I pulled myself into a crouching position, eyebrows furrowed and eyes narrowed. Instinct kicked in and I snarled slightly, fangs protruding from my mouth. Although I put on a tough demeanour, I was genuinely terrified.

~Orion~
His eyes stung slightly, I.... I'm not... Im not a creep. He whimpered slightly. Staring sadly at Alex. Really, Orion didn't mind what he had just said, but it was a good time to test their new found friendship. If that's what it was... So he continued to act upset. We weren't even watching you..... I... I was just talking to Crow... Wait, what are you doing? He asked suddenly, seeing Alex beggining to change. Stop it! He's a friend, he helped you! Orion stood in the middle of the two, holding his hands out to try and calm Alex down. Please... Try to be calm. Behind him, Crow smirked.
~Crow~
He had been waiting for something like this, a bit of excitement, so he gently moved Orion out of the way and showed off his own fangs, If this guy wants a fight, he'll get one. Slowly, the shadows began to swarm around Crow, You know... I'm a werewolf too... A shade one. The shadows had finally clasped around him entirely and the outside vision was a werewolf as black as the night sky, constantly moving, seeming to glow, darkly.

(Alex)
Struck between two people, I paused. Stay out of this. I instructed the fox boy, but to soften what I had said, I added with a gentler tone; Its not that I dont trust your judgement, but I have to know for myself. But, acknowledging what he had said, I gently touched the spot where I had been stabbed. The wound had been dressed and bandages, and hurt a lot less than it did the day before. Confused, I looked up at the shadowed stranger. Why the hell would you... Feeling threatened, I bowed my head again and clenched the ground. What do you want!? People dont just help others for no reason! I looked the werewolf over, examining their every feature. I dont trust you, but Im not afraid of you. I didnt fully lie, I wasnt scared; I was intimidated, but filled with confidence.

My claws broke through my skin. I didnt want to fight, but I was on edge. One stranger was terrifying enough, but now another!? I thought bitterly: All I want to do is leave this place, what do they want from me!? And why would anybody help me... My insecurities crept over my back and my head throbbed a little as I tried to shake them off, and my guard lowered a little, my confidence faltering. I dont deserve help. My thoughts told me.

And they were right.
