I will like all characters, you have been accepted in advance because of your work in progress version of it, interesting backstory by the way. Oh, thanks so much for the name idea for the program, now all I need is the planet name.

Why don't you just call it C.P for short for Colonization program?

true, that'd be a good planet name, or something that'd become C.P for short, which could be a reference to the program. Thanks for helping with these names.
