Neil stopped walking and turned to Blue. "Neil." he responded, not sure how to handle this situation. Most people around here already knew each other, so introductions weren't needed often. Or maybe that was just him, he spend most of his time in solitude whenever possible so it's likely he hasn't met everyone.

Cool! Well, it is very nice to meet you! Blue said.

Neil nodded and responded with, "Yeah, you too. Are you new here or have we just never met?"

Im somewhat new, yes. I moved here about a month ago. The people here seem really nice! Blue said.

"Most of the people here are nice enough, sure. Just do yourself a favor and don't make the mistake of thinking they all are." Neil responded.

Oh, I am fully aware that they arent all good people, but all of the people I have met have been fairly nice. Blue said.

Neil nodded approvingly, "Good for you, you must not have met your neighbor yet." he said, smiling.

Blue tilted her head. No, I dont believe I have. She said.

"He's been arrested multiple times, he's not really someone you should associate with if you want people to keep being nice to you. But if it makes you feel better that you moved in next to a criminal there's this awesome old lady down the street who's really nice and makes the best snacks. I think they even each other out for the most part." He said and turned to walk away.
