Character acceptance due at time of completion. In other words soon as your form is complete your character is in and we can start the RPG.

Maybe I should have elaborated more.
In the pmd series, pokemon can gain IQ from eating gummis(aka candy). The higher a pokemon IQ is, the more advanced skills it can learn. For example, if fed enough gummis, some pokemon can learn IQ Nonsleeper, which prevents sleep caused by seeds, traps, and moves. There's a huge list of IQ skills on bulbapedia,and that's just one example.

Since gummies are only in the Pokemon dungeon games I think I will leave them specific to that world. However in Pokemon form you can use whatever skills you learned there. In Pokemon form you can also use thinks like rare candies, status and hp healers, and things like that. You just have to specify that you are in Pokemon form when you are using them.

Appearance: Long honey blonde hair with grassy green/mint blue eyes
Occupation: Florist/ barista. She runs an herbal cafe inside of her flower shop.
Team:
Empress the Piplup (She found her shortly after her return)
Mercury the Bulbasaur
Midnight the Deino
Sylver the (Shiny) Eevee
Abilities: She can communicate the Bulbasaur line and plants fairly well when concentrated. She is an expert on plants and knows basically everything about them. She has an amazing sense of smell.
Pokemon form: A blind Bulbasaur
Bio: She was turned into a blind Bulbasaur to stop a darkness enraged war between ho-oh and Lugia. With the help of a Piplup as a partner, she managed to stop the war, but it cost her life as a Pokemon, and she returned to the normal world. She completed her Pokemon journey, her battle team being retired afterwards, she opened her own Floral shop/Cafe in a large, but calm and nature filled city. Due to side effects of becoming a Pokemon, she has episodes where she'll be completely blind for up to an hour, and has horrible vision when able to see
