@13thmaiden,

uh, I'm not any good artist, but I'll give crituqe if you want :3

There are smudges and white dots near the tail fin, and on the left side of the tail.

Also, the monochrome sylvorpa's gene is a bit overcrowded and everywhere. Maybe a little less traffic?

Also, the inside of the hair (top right, a line in between two sides of hair), the lineart seems a bit too thick. Possibly thinning it out will look a bit cleaner :3 Love the highlights and shading of the hair though!

@Sylvette

Thank you dear, very nice critique.

In truth, those blasted spots are from me erasing and redoing the tail one more time after I had finished. So in my hurry, I didn't recheck with a dark background and those sneaked past me. >_< *fail*

The overbusy-ness has been stated, and with a bit more shaping I think it won't be near as bad. It's just a bit overwhelming at the moment, and probably needs to be lightened.

XD and yes, the line is too thick. As I said before, I redrew those hairlines 5 times, both set on 2 separate layers, so things got wonked. But of course in my eagerness I got too speedy to get it out and surged forwards without sitting back for alittle to let it sit and clear my mind for a relook.

XD So much for there being good in being an eager beaver huh? Ah well, you have to learn from your mistakes after all. Like I said, I can just hope they still see enough potential in me to hire me ^^;;

Something I notice on your edit submissions is the lines. Inking can be a bit of a task to master, and sylestia looks for smooth line quality.

What??

And those are NOT the only pets with wobbly lines art... >.>

@Daemonhaustier, I don't care about the wobbly lines. I only pointed them out because of the statement that I, originally, quoted in defense of 13thmaiden. Read the whole post before assuming and attacking. Tank yoo bery mush. ^^

Thank you all for your kindness to me guys, I hope sometime in the future maybe her critique can offer some advice to other wannabe artists...but sadly, I must fold, I'm quitting Sylestia for various reasons.

Still, all the support and friendship here has been so nice, and I thank everyone who defended and critiqued my art, it feels amazing to be loved.

While I won't be here, if you guys still like my artwork, I have a DA page of course, same name as here, don't be afraid to look.
