"A series of murders actually, Mr. Wick the head doctor at the hospital seemingly murdered with some operation tools, then there was Mrs. Vine, she owned the general store down the way, she was suffocated. Then just yesterday Ms. Harvey was found dead in her home. As everyone knows she was the best dentist in town and studying to be a lawyer. None have any connections at all from what it seems." Oliver answered pouring her a cup of coffee and passing over a tray of sugar and cream.

Jordan nodded at Svetlana, understanding her perfectly. Coming from a family of Russians has its perks. He took the hand Halley offered him. "Jordan Festus, the coroner." He looked at Oliver. "He's quite right. I cannot find any similarities in the deaths."

"Nice to meet you as well." Drawing her hand away, Halley took the tray. She opened the small cream packet and poured the contents into the coffee. "Different methods, differences between victims? And you're sure it's the same person? Besides that, are there any clues we could have missed? Maybe people who used the services they provided?" The questions were out of her mouth before she knew it- cases always intrigued her. "Like, someone who went to Dr. Wick and Dr. Harvey? Bought from Ms. Vine's store?"

"That does sound like a possibility." She said, thinking about the interrogation. She had a.. unique method that could go from sweet to cutthroat in a minute

"Well, I couldn't answer those questions. I'm not a detective like Ollie here is. I just look over the dead bodies," he replied. He smiled at Halley.

"We suspected different people yes but there is always a signed card at the scene. It's an ace of spades, signed in the victims blood with the letters B.C. No fingerprints have been found at the scene of the crimes, so we believe we have a trained professional." Oliver answered sipping his coffee again.
"Detective Oliver! There's been another murder! Down at the docks!" A flustered and frazzled cop said as she passed the office. "It's Mr. Calloway, the head fisher man of The Siern...."

"Poor man.." Svetlana said. The fisherman was a scruffy but charming cat

"Okay- we have to go, I'm coming." Halley addressed the others with a curt nod. "Anyone coming with me on the motorcycle? The rest can go in the car." Without waiting for an answer, she left the building and hopped onto the vehicle, it's engine roaring to life as she pulled her helmet over her head.

Jordan sighed and rubbed his face again. "What'll it be this time? Fishing lure to the heart? Drowning?" He asked with a huff. "I'll be in my office, waiting for another body to examine." He may have sounded annoyed and like he didn't enjoy his job, but he did enjoy it quite a bit. He just felt over worked. There was almost never these much dead bodies to examine.

"Um...I'll drive the car I guess unless someone objects...." He said fixing his tie again. His tail flicked behind him in a rather embarrassed way, though it was quickly over taken by a flicking of thought. Whom would want the old kind fisherman dead?
