Her face flushed, Mirage burst into the assembly hall, surprised to see only a few other kids. "Thank goodness I'm not late!" She laughed, sitting next to the small girl with the bobbed hair. "Hi!" She smiled brightly, adjusting her flower crown on her head- it was an illusion only, of course.
Looking behind her, she saw there was one row behind and another in front.

Mirage caught a look at the girl, and her eyes widened. "Woah! You can turn into animals? That's pretty cool- I do this." She made the flower crown's colors change from pink to blue. She also squinted her eyes and made a slight outline of a beaver appear next to Saskia's beaver form.

Angela turned her head and smiled kindly at the two girls who were speaking with each other.
These were times when she wished that she could talk...
Instead, she made the ASL sign for hello.
