Oh I've been looking everywhere for a lighira catalyst! I have a kelpari catalyst and diamonds + gold to offer. Unfortunately I don't seem to have anything else on your 'want' list.

Would you be able to do the equivalent of 600 Diamonds? Assume a Kelp Cata is worth 30 is diamonds. Current rate is about 2400/diamond.

Are catalyst pouches basically the mystery catalysts? How much do they cost?

The pouches are what you open to get the catalysts, yes. You can get them in the diamond shop for 200 Diamonds (Premium) or 800 Diamonds (Majestic). Or You can get regular ones for 300 Sun tokens.
On Broker they are currently going for 100K Gold for Regular, or 700K for Premium.
It should be noted, I'm giving you the whole list of pricing because you seem confused about them, so I just wanted to make sure you knew the ways you could buy them. You can also find them in the fest Zone or by fishing.
I am not actively seeking them anymore, as I just got a Majestic from fishing that gave me a Lune. ^^
