Backstory:
His father work as rechearcher, he is studing the shiny pokemon and try to understand why they exist and how this phenomenon is produce. Mako alwais did his best to prouve his dad that he would be a good trainer but his father didn't had time to get him a pokemon so one day, he decide that he would borrow a pokemon from the lab to catch his first alone. It ultiamtely fail once the Elgyem he was aiming for teleport him and the shiny porygon from Anville Town to Nacrene City.
