Double Post.

Amber rummaged through her bags and gathered the needed supplies "ALRIGHT EVERYONE ITS TIME TO GET STARTED! WE HAVE TWO OTHER PEOPLE ARRIVING SOON BUT THE BOSS WANTS US TO GET STARTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO LETS GO! ALSO, NEW GUY, END TENT, ONE WITH THE BLUE STRAPS, THAT IS FOR YOU!"

Out in the horizon, an image appeared in the sky. It started out as a dot, but it grew to a considerable size. As it came closer, the silhouette of an old fashioned hot-air-balloon took shape. (Just ignore the second Balloon in the background.)


Eventually the balloon landed and off it came was a young woman. She wore a classic, brown, wide-brimmed hat.

She walked up to the person giving orders and said, "Hello my name is Ripley. I'm one of the new archaeologists sent here. Is there anything that I can do to help?"

Amber looked over and smiled "drop your bags off in the tent labeled with your name then join the rest of us at the enterence with your chosen supplies, so we can get started."

Adam started laughing throughout the tiny woman's dictating. Mind you, many were small in comparison to his broad 6"5 figure.

Adam continued whistling, mimicking the sounds a cardinal made as he pushed back the flap, looking around at his "workspace". It was okay but he would still have to tuck in a leg and an arm to get comfortable. Shrugging to himself more than anything, Adam dug through his bag, making sure he had some things on him: a flashlight with extra batteries; two full water bottles; his handy duster for clearing away grime and debris; specialized gloves so he wouldn't tarnish any old relics and artifacts they may find; and a few handy picking tools. Oh, and sunscreen! Couldn't forget that.

Shoving all the items into a knapsack he usually brought along with him, Adam would finally join up with the rest of the women, idly rubbing at the scruff on his face. He didn't mind the face fluff but he really did need to shave soon.

My old, rusty red truck comes to a spluttering halt and I get out, muttering softly. I look around and see that most if not all of the others have arrived. I walk over to them, keeping a bit in the background.

Ripley nodded her head in agreement. She went over to look at her tent, it was fine.

After getting settled, she put her supplies in either her satchel or her person.
There was rope of course, a canteen or two, standard excavation tools, some lock picks, a crowbar, some emergency food and bread, some acid(for busting traps), a compass, a journal and extra sheets of paper, some matches, and a book on new and older Swahili.

After that was done, Ripley went out of her tent to go to the entrance with the others...

Josi walked towards the tent and dropped off some of her bags, she looked up, seeing a hot air balloon in the sky,"Hmm. Someway to travel." She said to herself. She grabbed her water bottle and filled it to the top with cold water and but it in her satchel. Josi walked out of the tent seeing the balloon landed,"Hi, I'm Josi."

"Pleasure ta meet ya Josi. I came from Egypt a while ago. The name's Ripley," she said as she shook her hand vigorously.

"What do you suppose will be down there?" Ripley asked.
