Well, would I have to play it on Xbox? If so, I don't think I'd like to. I mean, I'd like to be your friend but I hate the Xbox version. Also, there's a giant spider in my downstairs where my Xbox is.

No not at all! I don't have an Xbox account, but I play on mobile with people who play on Windows 10. It just allows you to play with other people and stuff
