He always do a bad job and is able to keep it anyways, me, if I work "bad" a bit, I risk losing hours, but HE is important it seems... I'm sure they could get somebody else to replace him, but are too lazy to do, so I have to cross fingers that he ain't going to forget me which is 50% of the time or so... >x<"
