If you're okay with it, here's what I'll do.
I'll do the sketch to submit it to your approval. Once you give me your okay, I'll COD you for 300k gold flat. Once the transfer is done, I'll go ahead and finish your commission. And once it's done, you can tip whatever you want for the k+.
Does that seem fair to you ?

Is there just a scar on the right eye or is the eye lost completely ?

Tis' scar that sealed off his right eye at birth, and for his personality...
He be an elderly goofball who loves nothing more than good jokes and puns, and sometimes flirts when he sees a sight! His accent is a rough Carribean one! (think Captain Barbossa from Pirates of the Carribean) although he is often found to be easily distracted, and often daydreams when he is idle.
