Red rabbit could feel the other boys tension and their doubt was to be expected, but she couldn't afford to send them back Mavis would be furious, and she couldn't bare to see the little Water Rune cry. " Please help if you can, if you do not wish to stay Red Rabbit can send you back, though Red Rabbit would much rather you stay and Help us. " she said bowing her head humbly, this was not a position a moon rabbit should ever be in, but no matter it was her job to keep the garden alive.

Javier (Blink)-

The other boy seems to be staring at him as he grew closer. Javy had never been one to put up a fight though he would if he must. This place was rather nice after all, not anything like home. "I'll stay. Sure beats home." He took a moment to take in the scene. "But why did my blink bring me here? It normally only takes me a few steps at a time."

Johan took a step backwards as he noticed the look in the other boys eyes. "I... I don't know..." This was all so strange to him. This girl, Red Rabbit as she called herself needed him to help her. He had only been in a position like this once before in his life, when he was ten and the detectives had asked him if he would help them convict his own father.
Back then he had nothing to lose by accepting and now wasn't all too different. No one would miss him he was bad luck, the black cat that had crossed their paths. He was a stray who had been put on a leash and been expected to stay put and do as he was told, did this girl plan on doing that to him too? Even if he did accept, would it mean he couldn't see his father again? And even if he didn't have anyone else important to him he still had a few precious belongings that he had left behind.

The path of least resistance tempted him to take her, but he hadn't taken the easy way out back then and he didn't intend to now. "I need to go back first... there's something I need to get."

Red Rabbits ears drooped feeling a bit ashamed " Your Gift did not bring you here, Red Rabbit did... that mush have just been a coincidence" she said clutching her hands together in front of her. she did fell bad for pulling them out of their normal lives, but their was just no time to sen a letter after all the gift game was in two days. " What Belongings are you after? Red rabbit can bring them here if you'd like, my gift is summation after all!" She said perking up just a bit

Javier (Blink)-

"Oh..." He fell silent a moment before putting his hands deep into his pockets. "So your names Red Rabbit? And what about you?" He asked looking at the boy as he kicked a rock about the ground. He hated small talk but if he was going to be stuck here he didn't care, it wasn't like anyone back home would miss him.

~Johan~

Johan blinked in surprise, "Oh... uh... my bag and um... the box my father gave me." Johan had essentially just described all of his belongings. He had been able to put everything he owned into a single duffle bag, a suitcase for his clothes, and a cardboard box. He hadn't unpacked the extra clothes in the duffle bag yet and the little two pound metal box was currently sitting on his bedside table.
Johan looked down somewhat shyly only to be presented with the sight of his bare feet. "And my shoes too I guess."

At the sound of the other boys question Johan paused for a moment. They were called Blink and Red Rabbit, it would seem odd to give his real name when they obviously weren't using theirs. "I'm Black Cat."

~Johan~

Johan didn't bother asking how Red knew his name for that was the least of his concerns. He didn't complain about having to walk such a distance on rough terrain barefoot either. He simply kept his mouth shut and silently observed the world around him. Occasionally they would pass some old scattered bones or something else similar and Johan would feel his mind racing in response.

When the children came running over the rubble he felt a brief twinge as one of the smaller children stumbled while he climbed over a crumbling wall, this whole place was dangerous. He instinctively moved away from the children, though he made sure that he was in a position to intervene should he feel any more distinct sense of danger. Just being in such a dangerous place seemed almost to give him a mild high, as if he had just downed a cup of rather strong coffee. Because of this it was difficult to tell if there was any real threat at all.

Javier (Blink)-

The boy followed in silence watching the others while he followed. At the sight of the kids he couldn't help but smile. "Maybe it's the sight of new faces." He said back at the rather sore sounding female. "Hey who wants to play tag?!"
