The scent lead to a hut, it wasn't built on trees like the rest of the village, instead it was built on the side of one of the mountains. A loud thud came from the inside, followed by quiet footsteps towards the door

A wingless Vulynx walked out of the door, when he noticed the two, he was surprised and had a expression of fear on his face

Both of the kittens gasped surprised the vulynx didn't have wings, silently Redsnow whispered to her sister "Why doesn't he have wings?" "I don't know.." Bluerain whispered silently,Bluerain snake tail started to hiss loudly at the vulynx. The two of them stood there in surprise of the wingless vulynx "U-um hello?" Redsnow said to the vulynx.

"H-hello.... W-what are you doing h-here?" He asked, looking around frantically, to check that no one else followed him "Uhh... C-could you please not t-tell everyone i'm here?"

Both of them answered "Why?" they were both nosy kittens Redsnow also answered one of the questions "We followed you by scent!" bouncing all the while, then Bluerain put a paw on Redsnow's mouth shushing her.

He looked up at the two "Um... Because I don't have wings... I'm an outcast, i'm not allowed in the village, or anywhere near it... So if they learned I was close to the village, even if it was on accident, than I could get punished..." He answered

"But why don't you have wings?" Redsnow asked putting all her focus on the vulynx while Bluesnow was looking around suspiciously. Bluerain asked "Also why did they outcast you because you have no wings?" while her snake tail looks around as its also suspicious.

"Because I was born without wings... if your wings are injured you are treated with respect, but when you are born without them, you are seen as a bad omen" He sighed, he went back inside "I think we should go back inside if you're going to ask me more questions"

Redsnow rushed in while Bluerain slowly got in with caution, Bluerain asked "What happens if they find out?"

Liliana Fluttered about the tops of the village trees happy and bouncy as always, a bag attached to her waist as she flew out past the village boarders today she was on the search for flowers and other things as she searched the ground she was flying over.

"I'm hanged, beheaded, burned alive, or the choice i'm hoping for, getting thrown over the mountains" He answers "Of course I will get caught one way or another, so i'm just hoping that i'm old when I get caught... Although i'm thinking of running away from here and over mountains, I just want to collect some food first"
