this will take me a while. unfortunately i've tried drawing you 3 different ways and your dress is nearly impossible for me to get right >_< I'll try again in a lil while and see what i can do

I don't mind if you simplify it to make it easier, It's fine if it takes a while... I tried drawing it once and it took me ages.
