I put a rule of max 3 cats per person, do you mind taking a couple of cats out? It doesn't matter if they don't have perants

It gets confusing if there are NPC's. So either rp them, ask someone else to, or they don't exist. Sorry, im trying to make this RP clear and understandable because the other one was confusing xD
