I have a quick question. Will getting an answer incorrect disqualify you from the 3 random prizes? What about the other puzzle type contests?

Yes, you must answer the puzzles correctly to be eligible for the rewards.
However, participating will make you eligible for the participating prize. In this case, a raffle ticket for the custom quad visible Lighira.
