Right, shoulda been clearer. So yea, they show some scales, their hats cover their horns/ear flap thing, they might have their wings, they have their dragon eyes, and if they are mostly feathered they might have some feathers somewhere.
Might as well add that the humanoid Odniao's hats hide these feathery wings on their heads that have energy visibly making the wing larger.

"Hmm.." Squinting down at a questionable splotch on the sidewalk, Atreus wondered what in the skies had drawn him to the city. He loved nature, not cement jungles. The teen shrugged his thin shoulders and cast a glance to the sky, frowning at the oddest of it. "It's.. bleached or something." He muttered to himself before walking on, heading toward an open market. A few glances were cast his way due to his strange eyes and the weird hat. Not that he cared, but how could he care when he didn't notice? A grin stretched across his face as he thought of the new people he might meet in the bustling city.

Mokka blinked as she prowled about in a forest. I don't get this, I was trapped, and now I am here, She thought. Careless, Mokka jumped onto a low tree branch, making the branch wobble. She looked up, only seeing faint beams of light coming out of the tree tops. Yeah. No point in trying to get out of this place. She glanced backwards as she heard a twig snap. Wow, scared by a squirrel. Bravo.
