Strengths: he is a strong fighter even with his disability. Rasul can draw very detailed maps, and is an amazing naviator.
Short Bio: he was born into the creed though due to an accident that took his mother, father, and his younger sister he was orphaned. He learned to live with the use of only one arm and for his determination he now runs the Bureau in Jerusalem.
