That maybe so but it would still benefit newbies and low income members greatly not everyone has the money to sink into the game to get the infinite tester. Ive only been on here a few month and i didnt even know until one of my friends told me to see carried genes that the pets had to be tested. I came her from Wajas where the pet either had it or it didnt it was still new to me that genes could carry. Personally i would like to know if the hacthling will be a male or a female before the egg hatches and to see what markings it will have so i can actually expand on my breeding projects instead of being down for three day waiting on a egg that i cant even see the genes they carry.
It honestly takes too long for the pets to hit breeding age and like Lunesca said not everyone has the connection at home. i have to go to the library every other day which 30 miles from my home. so this would benefit alot of players like me.

In regards to revealing genetic information on Egglings, we decided early on that we want this information to remain hidden and be a surprise once the Eggling hatches. At this point, we see no reason to change that view point so I don't think we'll implement something to see what's inside an Eggling.
However, we are thinking of redesigning how Test Kits work and whatnot, but I can't really give any details at this time.
