Please note this rule in Flight Rising's ToS:

The sale of Flight Rising items or accounts for $USD or "real-world" currency is prohibited.

That also means that trading FR stuff for things on sites that allow you to trade things for USD is not allowed. Most major pet sites prohibit trades of that nature. So no, trading Sylestia anything for FR anything is not allowed.

mmm... Try section IV A of the Sylestia TOS: "We allow the real life goods trading of currency for Site assets, such as pets, items, or currency. However, this is done at the player's own discretion. Please use the appropriate forum and take great care while doing these types of transactions. "

I do actually read the terms of service when I join a website... and that line is no where in Sylestia's terms of service. In fact Sylestia TOS section IV A seems to be saying the exact opposite.

Yeah, I'm talking about FR's ToS. This type of trade isn't allowed on FR, unfortunately. FR DOES allow cross-site trading, just not with sites that allow users to trade things for real money.

For clarification, that type of trade isn't specifically mentioned in FR's ToS; however, there is a rule regarding the circumvention of rules. Users on FR are not allowed to trade anything for real money. Trading those same things on a different site that does allow trading for real money circumvents FR's rules.

So the TOS on FR does not strictly say yes or no, but it was asked about on forums and this was the Mod response allowing it. When trading for other site currency or items, you are not trading for real-world currency.. so your assumption is invalid. If other sites that do allow it were excluded, that would be stated in both the TOS and the threads below.

Another edit: The question is not about whether or not you are actually trading your FR things for real money. The problem is that this site ALLOWS it.

I can see where that conclusion can be drawn. Perhaps to be safe I'll ask FR's staff directly about Sylestia specifically.
