Yes, you absolutely can. I apologize for the late response, though. However, I'm not sure how to set it up. Can you tell me please?

That's exactly how you set up a COD. Set an item for sale (I usually use a Fairy Mushroom if the item being sold can't be put through broke, like water and clay) for the price agreed on. Make sure you send it to me. There's an envelope with an arrow on it between the inventory grid and Use Item Button. Select the item, Click on that Envelope, Enter my username in the Recipient Box and the 12K in the COD box. :) Click send and you are done with that part. I see you've already sent the clay and water. :)
