haha! WELLL, here's a basic move that most have trouble with. Say someone comes up to you and grabs you by the wrist and starts dragging you away. All you do is twist your wrist so that the thinnest part is at the point where the kidnappers fingers meet. Then you grab your fist and pull it sideways out of his grasp. Make sure you don't just pull back, that's was most do, but it doesn't work. I should know. I've done it. All you get is a sore wrist.

And all this time I've been pulling back. This is so gonna save my wrist from now on!

Then you have Mindchangers. The most basic self defense and the first thing we teach the students. A mindchanger is anything that makes them say ow! So, you could stab them in the eyes, pinch them, stomp on their feet, bite, hit them where it hurts, elbow them, punch them, pretty much anything.

Ahhh, So you distract them to give yourself either enough time to get away, or enough time to think of a plan! GENIOUS!
