Most of it is on the picture and I'll leave background and such to artist creativity. Will note that this character is a ambiguous sort of individual. Though female, she looks quite boyish. A thief, inventor, and engineer and generally a calm roguish individual. So you can have her reading, or just relaxing on top of a tree branch or something. Wears brown leather boots since the picture doesn't show feet.
I would also like the cat tail to be a bit fluffier then it is in the pic.
