So, we're gonna start with a battle, which should draw some interest.
People can have 3 sylesties with them to start and then send some home before we head out on the actual adventure if they want.
Battle enemies are npc, and you can kick the butt of as many as you want in a fight, I'll tell you who and what is coming, you post your own fights with it/them.

I could do something more active; give you events to respond to.
Like if you get pinged, and the message is something like, "@whoever; The Vorkid Webspinner has knocked your Qitari unconcious!" and you would have to respond to it in your next post... would this be a popular idea? Or just keep it pure whatever-goes?

I just wasn't sure how active a DM people wanted.

And trust me... when I am an active DM, I am brutal to my own characters. I have been known to kill them off if I felt it made good plot. Not that I'm killing anyone in this rp. Other than NPC's, obviously. Those we can kill by the truckload.

Would our names be our profile name? Or can we change it a little? Because amberanime is not a good name for a character xp.

And yes, you can change your name a bit; like my character's full name is Chrysalisa Cranberry, though she just goes by her last name whenever she can get away with it. It should loosely be related to your username though. Maybe Amber. A. Nime is her full name? or just Amber ^^

And another question how do we handle avatar changes? Like I get human ears, or different clothes or different collars. Do we just pretend those clothes where there all the time? Or do we just use the avatar as it is the moment you start the rp and it will stay the same (with maybe the exception of clother that you can change in a village or town)

The original idea was to be the avatar you have on. However that seems to have not worked out, lol. If you just want to post how your character looks to start, you can; both Star and I did.
I'd pick a race you are comfortable being, you won't be allowed to change races once you start rp'ing, except that if you suddenly get an essence and drink it, and became an enhanced human; that could happen. But its not like you were born a human and suddenly became an elf. Clothes can change, that's fine; race can not. At least, not within the rp. Keep in mind that all races have some advantages.

You should have some backstory in mind; it will help you to know who your character is. You do not have to post it here unless you want to, though. It can wait to be revealed in rp if you'd rather.

You do not have to post pictures of your pets. If you want to, you can, but we can always peek in your stables, too ^^

Backstory: Sandy is from the Arow (are-oh) family which is known for their aim and speed at completing missions. She has three brothers. Her father, Christopher, is one of the guards for Esior's Haven and her mother Mary is a trainer for sylesties. Sandy was taught in the way of her parents. Learning about pets and becoming a trainee to the guard. She was told to do things and obeyed, but never really wanted to do what her parents did. She started battling bandits that would try to raid Esior's Haven instead of going to her lessons. She would explore Fungus Grove and bring home mushrooms for the herbalist. She still went to lessons occasionally but would skip most of them. She found Peach in Fungus grove when she was 16 and Peach just a hatchling. Sandy raised and trained Peach by herself after convincing her parents to let her keep her. Hailey was a gift from a friend and Villy a child of some breeding her mother did.
The announcement of the treasure map was just what she needed to get away; try something new.
