Oh my god I hadn't heard that it was their final tour, but I'm looking up dates and there are several shows within a couple hours from here so I'm definitely going to find a show that works for me! Thanks for the heads up!

I'm really sad about it. I met this guy at a show who said they might just be rebranding to get out from under their label, though. I wouldn't be opposed to that; their label has treated them really poorly. I'm trying to get my finances together to hit up the Boulder show. What do you think of their new album?

They'll tour again in some time. A few years anyway. I'm going to see them at the beginning of July. I'm suuuper excited.

They are calling it the End of the Beginning tour. Have you seen them live before?

Holy wow look at all this Streetlight love. Excellent choice in music, friends. I've seen them live twice and they were extra excellent both times. If you get even the hint of a chance to go see them, go for it. You will not regret it.
I have a lot of bands that I think people should try listening to, and it's a lot easier when you have a song to go off of, rather than looking at the Discography and just kind of choosing at random. I think these songs give a good idea of the overall tone of the band, and are usually pretty dang catchy themselves.
WARNING! Some of these songs may contain inappropriate content! Younger users should exorcize caution!
Take on Me by Reel Big Fish (a cover of the popular and hilarious A-ha song)
Somewhere in the Between by Streetlight Manifesto
It's a Wonderful Life by Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution (just another facet of Streetlight)
The Impression that I Get by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones
Now or Never by The Toasters
Pin Stripe Suit by Let's Go Bowling
Little B***** by The Specials (going to have to fill in those letters by yourself, bucko)
Devil's Dance Floor by Flogging Molly
Jennifer Louise by Of Montreal (I also really love Spiteful Intervention, but that is a weird piece of music right there)
My Dog Was Lost But Now He's Found / Blueberry Boat by The Fiery Furnaces
Symphony in C / The Distance / Frank Sinatry by CAKE (I'm not fond of The Distance, but the other two are fantastic)
Fiesta by The Pogues
One Way or Another by Blondie
Rock Lobster by The B52's
Come Sail Away by Styx
Do You Remember Rock 'n' Roll Radio / Blitzkreig Bop by The Ramones
Grey Matter by Oingo Boingo
More than a Feeling by Boston
Tom Sawyer by Rush
Also, check out Project Chaos (a Sonic 3 and Knuckles OC Remix project) and Symphony of Science, because they're both pretty cool.

I'm digging the ska love! I so agree, they really have amazing live shows. They're one of those bands that make it almost hard to listen to the album versions, once you've experienced them playing live.
@Junco, I love your taste in music. Literally about every single song you listed there is dear to my heart!
