I would still place Falk's offer a bit higher than that one.
As much as I love the prismatics and pies, their value has been floating around 100-150k. 39 prismatics at that value would be about 3.9 mil to 5.85 mil, the 12 pies at 1.2 mil to 1.8 mil.
Adds up to 5.1 mil to 7.65 in gold value, which added to the 1500 diamonds still doesn't quite match up to Falk's offer of 5 mil gold, 3k diamonds, and the CI Griffi.
Figured I'd explain the math to be perfectly fair; hope it didn't seem harsh? .__.;
Current values aside seeing that many philters is definitely tempting (soooo so tempting!!! o.e; ) but the CI Griffi gives Falkinsey a very strong competitive edge since I really want to gift my friend one. ^^;

Hmm... not liking the way this is going :)
Let me throw in another 2k diamonds - so 5mil gold, 5k diamonds and the griffi.
I should mention that I only have Iris Griffis with 2vis and an unplanted one and a greater fertilizer. I cannot make a 3vis.
