Jade I think it was meant metaphorically speaking, not literally the color pink and having glitter around you.

Just out of curiosity, why did you say "is that an insult to me and all girls"? I too am female, but I don't define myself using glitter and pink. Are you saying that just because I'd rather be out at the gun range than at the mall, I'm not qualifying as 'all girls'?
I'm not mad, just...confused. :)

I meant that society says we should be glittery and pink but some of us broke free from that stereo-type.
If you aren't actually gonna take this seriously you are banned.

uhm...sweetie, that's not what I meant by 'glass room'. I was referring to the glass ceiling. Just in case you've never heard of it, here:
an unofficially acknowledged barrier to advancement in a profession, especially affecting women and members of minorities

Dear Homera,
I'm just here asking for some suggestions on how to distract yourself from whatever bad stuff is going on in your brain- I've been having some trouble with this lately.
A different problem, I've been having serious trouble sleeping. I'm at least a week behind on sleep if you put all the lost hours together. Is there any way I can sleep better?
This is public, I think- I've put this in the thread.

I'll get to you a bit later on with some ideas. For now try taking melatonin(not more than 3mg) 30mins-hour BEFORE you plan on going to bed beacause it will take a while to work. It's a medicine that's all natural to make you feel sleepy. I use Country Life.

Hmm... I've already tried that. It worked for about 2 days, then it had no effect.

Ok. Can you tell me what may be the problem that's causing sleep issues?
Well try:
Clean, Quiet environment
Burn Sage (not sure if it really works but worth a shot)
Don't eat or drink anything with caffeine.
