Are the max star or just for color?

I'm planning on making a few max stat, depending on interest. The only ones I've started right now are the Blood Monarch Aeridini, and the Valentine Lace Zolnixi, but if you're interested in one I can start that one as well. My max for Projects at a time is 5 and I'm currently only doing three.

well i am currently and always will be in the market fo max stat pets (zolnixi in particular) and there is one easy design that I am working on and would be interested in but i cant make it a max stat. if you would like me to share some of my ideas i would be glad to
