Personality: Laid back and imaginative. Soaria enjoys human-like things, which led to a somewhat small interest in anime. She's a bit on the introvert side and listens to a lot of people and talks to few. Has a lot of pent-up rage.
Species: An anthropomorphic dragon without wings.
Descripton: Soaria is an icy blue with a white underbelly. She usually wears a grey parka with the hood up, dark blue sweatpants, and fluffy boots. Her eyes are very gentle-looking most of the time, grey-blue in color. If you make her mad (which takes some serious jerk-ness and persistence in most cases), her eyes are a fiery red, and her pupils are slits.
Power(S): Ice breath (what did you expect from a dragon-like thing?), can turn your soul blue and slam you against things (like Sans).
Place of Residence: Snowdin

Waterfall is connected to Snowdin, which is connected to the ruins. Waterfall has a huge trash waterfall where monsters & human's trashes fall down. (Also a water elemental would be made of water).
