Ok....but doesn't this one have 200 stats?

Hmm... yeah, it does have 200 for all stats. It should be able to break the seal. =/

I'm honestly not too sure about the seal itself, since when I did it (which was a while back) I know I didn't break all the seals. Can't rmb which worked and which didn't, so it's hard to analyse what exactly is needed.

The pet needs the stats to be natural. So without any armor, it should be above 200 for it to break a seal.
