The way the newbie guide explains it you just need to click the IMG= button and input your link. I assume that's how others do it too. I just think I'm doing something wrong, I'm definitely not cut out to use code 0.o

Yeah but the link has to be a direct link to the image, not just the page the image is on.

Yeah I know, you have to link it to the image location, not the page. Which is what leads to my confusion, because if I was doing it wrong none of them will show up, the first one does, the rest don't.

I believe you have been putting the wrong link in the code....


so for example I want to post this pet's image and link to it's page:


click the IMG= button, the popup that asks for the url, is asking for the webpage you want to link to.
ie https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=1821970 in this case

Then after that, you paste the image code inbetween the brackets.
ie https://www.sylestia.com/image_builder_pet.php?species=aurleon&breed=sylesti&gender=female&gd1=NN&gd2=NE&gd3=CC&md1=NE&md2=NN&md3=NA&ec=ec0e13&c1=fad62d&c2=f76e3e&c3=fe9170&gd1c=ee030b&gd2c=f87840&gd3c=fbdd78&md1c=e10606&md2c=e40503&md3c=fde27c&maturity=583&owned=1&size=250 in this case


What you did previously was link the image code. =P


So in the end, the code should look like this
[ img=https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=1821970 (webpage link)]https://www.sylestia.com/image_builder_pet.php?species=aurleon&breed=sylesti&gender=female&gd1=NN&gd2=NE&gd3=CC&md1=NE&md2=NN&md3=NA&ec=ec0e13&c1=fad62d&c2=f76e3e&c3=fe9170&gd1c=ee030b&gd2c=f87840&gd3c=fbdd78&md1c=e10606&md2c=e40503&md3c=fde27c&maturity=583&owned=1&size=250 (image link)[/img]
